On December 16, a CMC cooking class was held in collaboration with Chunbo.com, an emerging website for natural and healthy foods. 38 VIP guests and other followers of Chunbo.com attended the event in Shanghai.
Ryan R. Scott, Director of Agricultural Trade Office Shanghai, gave a welcome remark. Mabel Zhuang then gave a short presentation on U.S. Cranberry, followed by a short Q&A session. A video of harvesting cranberries was also shown at the venue. Food blogger Four Seasons Barbie, who conducted the cooking class, showed the guests how to prepare Rice and Cereals with Cranberry, Cranberry Oats Energy Balls, and Cranberry Spicy Sour Prawns.
